Love this for my stomach, it's so healthy and yummy!

Ingredients

5 minutes
3 people
  1. 1carrot chopped
  2. 2tomatoes chopped
  3. 1onion chopped
  4. 1 bunchcoriander chopped
  5. 1potato chopped
  6. 1large capsicum chopped
  7. 1 pinchCaynne pepper
  8. 1 table spoonoil
  9. 1 pinchSalt
  10. 1/2 table spoonGarlic chopped

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Fry potatoes (sliced into small pieces) till they are ready for consumption, set a side

  2. 2

    Fry onions and garlic for a minute

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes, capsicums, coriander and carots then

  4. 4

    Add salt, Caynne pepper and potatoes mix well for only a minute they are okay just switch of the sauce of heat. Should not cook for more than a minute to have it crunchy.

    Serve while cold... Let it cool and serve
