My favourite morning food enjoying it with bread or chapati.
Cooking Instructions

In a frying pan put then add onion stir until transparent then add in tomatoes, chiliflakes salt and pepper.cook on low until everything is cooked well. Remove from the heat and keep it aside.

In a bowl crack in the eggs add some salt and whisk them.

Now take another flat frying pan and put on the stove with some oil.then pour the eggs spread them nicely then put the fried tomatoes on the eggs and fold cook on both sides until ready put in plate and enjoy with ginger tea.
