Eggs with cheese spread
This recipe is one of my best ever.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Fry the onions till golden colour.
- 2
Add the tomatoes and simmer for 2 mn
- 3
Add all the other ingredients and cool till the tomatoes are full cooked and smash with a spoon to obtain a thick paste like sauce.

Once done pour into a casserole dish
- 5
Peel off the eggs and cut into halves
- 6
Put them over the tomato sauce
- 7
Spread the cheese over the eggs and put in the oven lighten above for some few minutes or till golden colour appears
- 8
When done serve while hot with pita or rice.
