Cooking Instructions

Peel the butternut and chop it into small pieces

Boil till soft then mash

Mix flour, margarine,sugar and salt then add mashed butternut

Add warm water as you knead to soft dough

Cut it into small balls and leave it to rest for 15minutes

Roll it and apply oil

Fold it
- 8
Leave to rest for 15 minutes
- 9
Roll it again and cook it till golden brown on both sides
- 10
Serve with stew
