Ingredients

  1. Beans
  2. Scotch bonnet
  3. Onions
  4. Palm oil
  5. Vegetable oil
  6. Seasonings n spices
  7. Polythene leather

Cooking Instructions

    Soak beans for 2mins and beat lightly in a mortar then wash and remove peels and blend

  2. 2

    Add little hot water to the paste on order to make it soft, then add little veg oil and palm oil, season and spice it up then put inside the polythene bag and steam for an hour

  3. 3

    Serve with any sauce of ur choice
