Tried having muesli for breakfast let's just say I didn't like it. So I incorporated it on cake #recipemarathon
Cooking Instructions

In a bowl, mix sugar and margarine till pale and fluffy
- 2
Add one egg at a time, till combined. Don't overmix
- 3
Add half sifted flour and baking powder and soda with half the milk using Fold in method
- 4
Add the remaining flour and milk with the essence
- 5
Fold in the batter with muesli. Pour mixture in a greased pan
- 6
Preheat oven at 180 ° and bake for 40min-50min or until ready
- 7
Allow to cool and decorate as desired. Enjoy
