Grind garlic and ginger in a mixer to make paste.Heat oil in a pan, add ginger garlic paste,finely chopped onion. Saute for a few seconds.

Add finely chopped cabbage,salt,black pepper,soya sauce.cook it for a few seconds in low flame and mix it well. Turn off the flame. Stuffing is ready.

For dough. Take a bowl, add maida,salt and water and mix it well.Knead them. Grease the palm with oil and knead the dough properly. Rest for 15 minutes. Make small balls. Roll it with the help of rolling pin. Fill it with the stuffing. Momos is ready to steam.

Steam the momos for 20 minutes in low flame. Steamed momos is ready to serve with momos chutney.
