Crispy Cocoa & Chocolate Cookies
I was re-arranging my Praline Cookie recipe. I ran out of chocolate chips, so I used a chocolate bar instead. Chunks of chocolate gave these cookies a nice texture and I thought it actually better than the original recipe. If you chill the cookies in the fridge, the chunks of chocolate turn crunchier and more delicious. Crispy Chocolate Cookies
I created this because my kids asked me to make chocolate cookies. Originally I was planning to make snowball cookies with vegetable oil, but I thought I should make different cookies once in a while. So I made cookies with margarine and vegetable oil I uploaded this recipe because these turned to be unexpectedly crispy. The dough doesn't need to come together. When it's crumbly, it's ready. Please do not knead the dough to bring together. Recipe by Lesser Panda

Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies
I uploaded this recipe because I baked these cookies as a present for my friend who loves chocolate. When I made the dough with cocoa powder, I used 90 g of cake flour and 12 g of cocoa powder. When you cut the dough, if it breaks apart because the knife is touching the chocolate chips, just fix the shapes a little bit by hand. Alternatively, you can cut out shapes with cookie cutters. Recipe by nyonta

Cocoa Crumble Cookies
I made this recipe for a fellow Cookpad user (who likes cocoa and chocolate) to thank her for using 100 of my recipes. Here's another one for her!Don't put too much cocoa in the dough as it burns easily (I use 10g).If you flatten the cookies too much, they will burn easily, so make them on the thick side. (They look nicer baked them as balls.)The cookies are soft right out of the oven, but will be firm and crispy once they cool. Recipe by ko-ko

Round and Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies
I wanted to make an easy cookie recipe which used chocolate chips. Please refer to my tips for how to roll the dough. If you make these with butter, it will be a little harder to get the dough to come together after you add the chocolate chips, but when you squeeze the dough you'll be able to roll it into balls. Butter will give the cookies a richer flavor, but they're good made with margarine too. Recipe by Mimikku

I mixed in some cornstarch to make these cookies crispier. This recipe makes a large amount of dough, so you could make half the cookies and freeze the rest of the dough. You can increase or decrease the sugar and butter in equal amounts to change the sweetness. Recipe by *yuki*

Super Crispy Milk Cookies
Crispy! And crunchy.I thought up a cookie to suit my tastes. It's okay even if it browns. Bake it to taste. The white cookies are lightly flavored, but browned cookies are fragrant. If you don't like a powdery taste, I suggest baking it to crispy cookies.Bake so that the moisture in the center evaporates. If it's subtle, then place in the warm oven after baking for a while. Recipe by kkomugi

Chocolate Chip Cocoa Cookies
These soft-textured American-style chocolate cookies are very easy to make. I wanted to avoid making them as sweet as store-bought ones, so I created a reduced-sugar version. Paired with rich chocolate chips, they are very soft and delicious, making you want to have one after another!Tips1. If you're not used to mixing with a spatula, you can use your hands to form a uniform dough after adding the chocolate chips. Be gentle and avoid over-mixing to prevent the dough from becoming tough, which can affect the cookie texture.2. Each cookie weighs about 25 grams, and this recipe makes approximately 16-17 cookies.

This was my first time trying to make cookies, so I used a small amount of ingredients just in case it didn't turn out well. Surprisingly, they were quite delicious! ^^ If you decide to make them, feel free to double or triple the ingredients. The amount I made yields only 12 cookies with a diameter of 2 inches and about 0.4 inches thick, just tiny 😂

Crispy Cookies for Christmas
Strawberries are not enough to decorate a cake. So I made these decorative cookies.Reference:.Of course, there's no need to wait until Christmas to enjoy these! For gingerbread cookies, add powered ginger, cinnamon, ground clove and 1 tablespoon of honey. It'll become dark-colored gingerbread cookies that have a long shelf life. Add the spices at the same timing as the cocoa. You can keep the cookies for 2-3 weeks in an airtight container in room temperature. If you use them for decoration, it won't keep long in humidity. If the cookies are just for decoration, then they will keep more than 3 weeks. Recipe by Choco makaron

These are so fudgy and delicious. They are also pretty versatile and can be made with peanut butter chips or mint chips instead of the chocolate chips called for in the recipe. You could even leave them out and this cookie would still be fabulous. Recipe source : Sallysbakingaddiction.com

Crispy Egg Cookies
I have been making these cookies for a long time. You don't need to sift the cake flour, but if you're using cocoa powder, sift them together.Cookies taste better when you rest the dough, but if you don't have time, omit the step. You can make cookies even with 1 beaten egg. Using only egg yolks makes the cookies more moist. Recipe by Shihosuke
