Ingredients

  1. 1 lbtop round sliced thin
  2. 2 Tcornstarch
  3. 1carrot sliced
  4. 1large onion wedge sliced
  5. 1 headbroccoli separated in florets
  6. 3 clovesgarlic minced
  7. Sauce : 1T chopped fresh ginger
  8. 1/3 csoy sauce
  9. 1 tspsesame oil
  10. 2 tspoyster sauce
  11. 2 Tbrown sugar
  12. 1 Tcornstarch
  13. Some red pepper flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Mix beef with starch, set aside.

    Make sauce, set aside.
    Have veg ready.

  3. 3

    Heat 2T oil on med high. Fry meat about 2 minutes. Remove, set aside.

  4. 4

    Add 1 T oil to pan. Stir fry vegetables until semi crisp. Add garlic last.

  5. 5

    Make hole in center of frypan and add sauce. Add meat. Stir quickly till sauce thickens. Remove from heat.

    Serve with white rice.
