Ingredients

  1. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  2. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1 cupflour
  5. 1.5 cupquick oats
  6. 1 cupraisins
  7. 1egg
  8. 1/2 cupbutter
  9. 3/4 cupbrown sugar
  10. 2 tspvanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325F.

    In bowl sift together baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and flour. Stir in oats and raisins.

    In a separate bowl mix egg, butter and sugar until thoroughly combined. Add in vanilla extract.

    Combine dry and wet ingredients together.

    Form into 1.5 inch dough balls. Arrange onto baking sheet allowing 3 inch spacing in between.

    Bake for 10-15 mins.
