Ingredients

  1. 750 gramsall-purpose flour
  2. 1 cuphot water(I use very hot water)
  3. Salt
  4. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix salt with your hot water..
    The water shouldn't be too salty...

    In a wide bowl...pour in your flour then add oil on your flour (napima mein macho🙈😂)..
    It shouldn't be too much..

    Mix your flour with the oil...
    To do away with the crumbly flour mixture and to ensure the flour and the oil is mixed all together

    Gently add your hot water in the flour mixture..
    If it's too hot..you can use a wooden cooking stick to mix

    You should be able to achieve a soft dough...
    Shouldn't be too soft..you can dip in your finger in the dough...if your finger comes out without the dough..

    Then you're good to go.

    Cover your dough with a cling film..
    And let it settle for 30minutes -1 hr.

    On a flat surface...
    Sprinkle flour and spread the flour all round the surface..

    You can divide your dough into two...
    Spread it using your rolling pin and spread oil on your dough and then cut the strips across like this👇..

    Roll them..this way

    Sprinkles a little flour and make round chapati dough..

    Fry both sides till golden brown.
