Cooking Instructions

Mix salt with your hot water..
The water shouldn't be too salty... - 2
In a wide bowl...pour in your flour then add oil on your flour (napima mein macho🙈😂)..
It shouldn't be too much.. - 3
Mix your flour with the oil...
To do away with the crumbly flour mixture and to ensure the flour and the oil is mixed all together - 4
Gently add your hot water in the flour mixture..
If it's too hot..you can use a wooden cooking stick to mix - 5
You should be able to achieve a soft dough...
Shouldn't be too soft..you can dip in your finger in the dough...if your finger comes out without the dough..Then you're good to go.

Cover your dough with a cling film..
And let it settle for 30minutes -1 hr. - 7
On a flat surface...
Sprinkle flour and spread the flour all round the surface.. - 8
You can divide your dough into two...
Spread it using your rolling pin and spread oil on your dough and then cut the strips across like this👇.. - 9
Roll them..this way

Sprinkles a little flour and make round chapati dough..

Fry both sides till golden brown.
