Simple Ugwu Sauce

I love this easy Ugwu sauce for spaghetti, rice and sometimes yam.
It's easy healthy and realy tasty.
So join me as I share my easy breezy method of making this mouth watering sauce.
Cooking Instructions

Pick the Ugwu,pumpkin leaves, wash properly,and sliced as you like.
Put a non-stick pan on fire,add the cooking spoon of oil, allow to get hot, add the chopped onion, garl7c, stir,add the chopped peppers and tomatoes,allow to simmer for about 5 mins...

Stir, add the shredded smoked fish, stir, add the crayfish, stir and lastly, add the Ugwu leaves,sprinkles the salt, spices. and bullions cube, give it a quick stir. And remove from heat...
Your delicious Ugwu sauce is ready.
