Cooking Instructions

In a cooking pan, boil your macaroni for about 10 min. After its cooked, drain the water then put cold water to cool (optional: The starch in the water is what helps the sauce adhere to your pasta. Rinsing pasta will cool it and prevent absorption of your sauce. The only time you should ever rinse your pasta is when you are going to use it in a cold dish like a pasta salad.)

In a separate cooking pan, melt your margarine/butter, then using medium/low heat, add flour and stir. Add salt and pepper and keep stirring. Add milk and ensure your stir well to avoid lumps.

Once it is well done, add your cooked macaroni and stir well to mix.

Grate your cheese and add to the macaroni mix. Once well mixed, switch off your cooker and cover for the cheese to melt well with the heat.

Once its ready, you can serve with your meatball in sauce(check the meatball recipe in my previous recipes) and some salad. Enjoy 😋
