  1. 3 cupsex self raising flour
  2. 1 cupWarm milk
  3. Butter 1cup
  4. Half Tablespoon salt
  5. 2tablespoon sugar
  6. 1/2tablespoon yeast(optional)
  7. Lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve 3cups of self raising flour and set aside

    In bowl 2 put sugar yeast and warm milk stir slowly-let it rest for about 2min to 'react'

  3. 3

    Add lemon juice and melted butter still well the add flour bit by bit as you stir then knead till you get a soft dough

  4. 4

    Keep the dough in an air tight lid container,let it rise, it will double in size for about 2hours

  5. 5

    Roll the dough as we do for chapo fold
