Ingredients

  1. 100 gramsbreadcrumbs
  2. 1full broiler chicken
  3. 2 tablespoonsPaprika
  4. Salt
  5. 1/2bulb garlic
  6. 1 sachetRoyco
  7. Hot water
  8. 3large eggs
  9. Tanduri masala

    Have your stuff all together, to make the work easy.

    Cut your chicken into desired sizes.. soak in the hot water and cook for at least 10 minutes.

    Mix the ingredients, garlic, tanduri masala, royco, salt, paprika.. drop the chicken in pieces into the mixture and make sure the pieces get the mixture well...

    On another bowl beat your eggs, properly... drop a few pieces of the chicken cuts..making sure the egg has reach all sides..

    On onther bowl pour your breadcrumbs, drop the chicken cuts in the crumbs. Letting it coat the pieces wholly..

    Drop your breadcrumbs coated chicken cutlets, in heated cooking oil for 2 to 3 minutes both sides... the picture below shows the out come... YUMMY!!! It is.

    Serve with some Chips.... and some chilled coke😋
