    Wash and peel cucumber(you do not have to peel though)

  2. 2

    Chop cucumbers into 0.8 inch sizes

  3. 3

    Salt cucumbers and wash the excess salt by running them through water

  4. 4

    Make brine by adding a cup of water to a pan, a 1/2 tbsp of salt, 1/4 cup vinegar and 2 tbsp of sugar.

    Bring to a boil until sugar dissolves

  6. 6

    Align cucumbers in a jar/ lunchbox and add the brine. Leave to cool and close the lid tightly

  7. 7

    Put them in a fridge and enjoy them through your snacking periods 😋😋
