Sliced Beef and Lettuce Stir-Fry

Stir-frying lettuce removes most of the water-content, so you can get a good dose of greens in this simply-seasoned dish.
Don't cook for too long after adding the lettuce, otherwise it will lose its nice, crunchy texture (I say this, but I didn't follow my own advice when I left it in the pan to take pictures and it got too soft). Recipe by Yotsubanomitsuba

Bulgogi-style Stir-fry with Beef (or Pork) and Lettuce Bulgogi-style Stir-fry with Beef (or Pork) and Lettuce
Lots of friends come to our house to have dinner. I often make this as a quick dish which goes well with beer. This dish goes well with rice too, so I posted it here.If you use sliced pork belly, a lot of fat comes out. Too much fat disturbs the taste, so absorb the excess with a paper towel if necessary. You can use the mixture of gochujiang and doubanjiang chilli paste too.The spicy hotness will be enhanced and it'll be nice.
