Cooking Instructions

Cut the Buns in half brown both sides then apply honey add sprinkle some sesame seeds on both sides

Mix the minced salmon fillets with one egg white and some corn startch add the cut red and yellow capsicum mix well add ginger garlic with jeera paste some roasted black peppers. Add some garam masala with curry powder.(jeera for the flavour)

Form some round shapes which later mend them into round shapes of 2cm thick the length depends on the size of the bun

Fry the salmon in oil with medium heat till well cooked and browny

In the bun with the order place lettuce as base then onions tomatoes cheese the salmon mince, mayonnaise then wrap up the burger

For the sauce mix the mayonnaises with ketchup garnish well (optional)
