Are you tired of making fried eggs? Here's a new way to make your breakfast more sweet.

Ingredients

  1. 1 table spoonflour
  2. 4eggs
  3. 1 teaspoonginger
  4. 1 pinchsalt
  5. 1tomato and 1 green capsicum

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the tomato and capsicum into small pieces.

    Put the eggs in a separate bowl. Add the flour, a pinch of salt and ginger.

    Mix well and add the capsicum and tomato. Mix all well.

  4. 4

    Preheat the pan. Put some butter. add the mixture and cover. Cook under low heat for 10 minutes.

    Garnish with some honey. Serve with tea for breakfast.
