Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, salt and cardamom powder then mix. Add water bit by bit while you Knead until it forms a dough.
Add a little oil and continue kneeding until it's smooth and not sticky. cover it and let it rest for some minutes. - 2
Knead it a gain then cut and shaped like ball.
Roll them one by one while you rubbing them with oil then reshape them again. Repeat the process for all dough balls. - 3
Roll the balls a gain, pun in the ready hot pan and fry side by side.
Precook them without oil then later repeat the process again with oil - 4
Repeat the process until the balls are over.

Now fry the chapati while applying a little bit oil on then turn and do the same to the other side. Repeat the process to them all.

When they are ready, you can serve Hot or warm.
