Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 3 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. Warm water
  3. Cardamom
  4. Salt
  5. Sugar
  6. Vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, salt and cardamom powder then mix. Add water bit by bit while you Knead until it forms a dough.
    Add a little oil and continue kneeding until it's smooth and not sticky. cover it and let it rest for some minutes.

    Knead it a gain then cut and shaped like ball.
    Roll them one by one while you rubbing them with oil then reshape them again. Repeat the process for all dough balls.

    Roll the balls a gain, pun in the ready hot pan and fry side by side.
    Precook them without oil then later repeat the process again with oil

    Repeat the process until the balls are over.

    Now fry the chapati while applying a little bit oil on then turn and do the same to the other side. Repeat the process to them all.

    When they are ready, you can serve Hot or warm.
