Ingredients

  1. 100 gcake flour
  2. 6eggs (separate Yolks and whites)
  3. 60 gcorn oil or cooking oil
  4. 80 gmilk
  5. 70 gcastor sugar
  6. 1 tspvanilla essence
  7. 2 gfresh squeezed lemon Juice
  8. 2 TSPheaped desicanted coconut
  9. Filling
  10. Whipped cream
  11. Blueberry filling or any of your choice

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix oil + milk whisk together by hand......sieve in flour and fold in using hand whisk....

    Add in egg yolks + vanilla essence into the flour mixture and fold in together till smooth.......in another bowl eggs whites + lemon juice till stiff peaks.....

    Scoop egg whites fold into the flour mixture till fully incorporated......then fold in desicanted coconut lastly......

    Align your baking tray with parchment paper........scoop 2-3table spoons of your Swiss batter colour with your favourite colours......... using a piping bag draw flowers on the parchment.......then pour your Swiss batter on top......level it....tap it on the table to release air bubbles.......on top you can also draw some patterns if you like........

    Bake @150degrees for about 40mins depending with your oven........when ready apply your filling..... while hot slowly fold in.........then cover with parchment paper......refrigerate for about 30mins - 1 hour to cool down.......before cutting...

    Texture is awesome and is also yummy......serve with tea, juice, yoghurt.......enjoy😋
