Eating dates are not just beneficial for our health but it is also a sunnah of our beloved Holy Prophet (P.B.U.H) to open our fast in Ramadan by eating a date as it fulfills the energy from the entire day.
Dates milkshake 8s a healthy and tasty drink that is extremely healthy and contains many vitamins and nutrients which help to keep us strong and healthy.
I have added some chocolate to make it more flavourful for the kids to enjoy the drink.

Ingredients

  1. 7-8date
  2. 1 tbspchocolate spread
  3. 1 glassmilk
  4. cubesIce

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Clean and wash and remove the seeds of dates.

  2. 2

    Take Nutella spread and full fat milk.

  3. 3

    Now put dates, Chocolate spread, milk,ice cubes in blender and blend well.

  4. 4

    Blend well until the dates are like a smooth paste.

  5. 5

    Take it out in serving glass.Healthy and nutritious Shake is ready to serve.
