Ingredients

  1. 2avocados cut and remove the seeds
  2. 10dates remove the pits
  3. Milk-depends on how thick you want the shake

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the avocado flesh and place it in a blender.

    Add milk and dates

  3. 3

    Blend until smooth. Serve chilled.

  4. 4

    No need to add sugar as dates act as sweeteners
