Cooking Instructions

In a clean pot, put the ground oil and onions till it turns to golden brown.

Add the Mutton, spices, chopped tomatoes, bell peppers, spices, salt seasonings and allow it to cook till the Mutton becomes tender.

Add in your chopped spring onions and allow it to cook for 5 mins on low heat
- 4
Serve with any swallow of your choice, white rice or cous cous
