Ingredients

  • 2spring onions
  • 2 tablespoonsbutter (about 30 grams)
  • 2/3 teaspoonsalt
  • 1 teaspoonbouillon
  • about 2 cups water
  • about 1.8 ounces cheese (about 50 grams)

Steps

    Cut the spring onions and sauté them with butter in a frying pan.

    Let them brown without moving them too much, about 7 minutes.

    Add water and bouillon, and simmer on medium-low heat.

    Once reduced, add salt to finish the soup.

    Transfer to a gratin dish, top with cheese, and toast until golden brown.
