Ingredients

  1. 6potatoes
  2. 3unripe bananas
  3. 1maize corn
  4. 6 bunchspinach/ pumpkin leaves
  5. 1onion
  6. 2tomatoes
  7. 1green pepper
  8. 2 piecesgarlic and ginger
  9. leavesCoriander

Cooking Instructions

    Have all your ingredients ready.

    Peel the potatoes and the unripe bananas, remove the maize corns from the maize comb, and completely remove the spinach stems.

  3. 3

    In a cooking pot, place the potatoes, banana, maize, and spinach. Add
    salt and water and bring it to boil for 20 minutes.

    For the stew preparation, chop the coriander leaves, onions, tomatoes, and green bell pepper. Also, grate pieces of garlic, and ginger.

    Mash the boiled mix
