Ingredients

  • 2chuck roast (about 3 1/2 - 4 pounds each)
  • 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 2onions, sliced
  • 10 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 1 envelopebeefy onion soup mix
  • 1 can (14.5 ounce)diced tomatoes
  • 1 jar (24 ounce)spaghetti sauce, fresh mushroom flavor
  • 1 tablespoonoregano
  • 5red potatoes, cut into quarters
  • Cooked mashed potatoes OR rice OR cooked pasta

Steps

    Rinse and pat dry your roast …..

    Place roast at bottom of crockpot…..

    Place on top of roast your black pepper, sliced onions, minced garlic, onion soup mix, diced tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, oregano and cut up red potatoes……

    Cover crockpot and cook on low heat for 8 ~ 10 hours……Remove any fat that rises up to the top ….
