This is one of my best and easy recipe to make. My husband and my kids loved it
Cooking Instructions

First we start by putting water on fire allow to boil and add the couscous and some butter

Cover the pot and allow it to cook and then stir it and turn off the fire

In a pot add some butter and then add your carrot,bell peppers and stir add some salt and stir.

And then add the couscous to the vegetables and mix well.

In a separate pot add your blended Onions,butter,spices and seasoning and then add your sweet potatoes,and some carrot,and stir for some minutes then add some water not too much allow it to come to a boil bring it down and use a hand mixer or a potato masher to mash it.

And then you serve with pepperd beef or chicken and enjoy😉

Fry thinly sliced white onion in olive oil. Add your beef strips and cook till brown on medium heat. In the meantime prepare your peanut sauce.
