Cooking Instructions

Rinse the bean sprouts and drain. Spread out in a heatproof container and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave for 2 minutes 30 seconds at 600 W. Allow to cool down.

Drain the cooked bean sprouts thoroughly. Put the ◎ ingredients in a corner of the heatproof container, and mix while dissolving the yuzu pepper paste.

Combine the bean sprouts with the ◎ ingredients in the container. Transfer to serving plates. Sprinkle with a little chopped green onion to taste, and serve.
