Ingredients

  1. Around 10 string beans
  2. Halfslices of small pumpkin
  3. 1little bit tauci or black preserved black beans
  4. Some slices of ginger and shallots
  5. 1little water
  6. Some ribs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Pan fry the ribs until golden brown.

  2. 2

    Then stir fry ginger,black bean and garlic,together with the ribs.

  3. 3

    Then add string beans and pumpkin.Add a little water.Mix well.

  4. 4

    Cover and simmer.Dont add any other seasoning,because the black beans are alteady salty.
