Ingredients

  1. 500 gpre boiled beans (I used yellow beans)
  2. 1big onion
  3. 3medium size tomatoes
  4. 1medium size green pepper
  5. 4 clovescrushed garlic
  6. 1tp salt
  7. 1tp curry powder
  8. 2 cubesroyco beef
  9. 2 tbsDark soy sauce
  10. 1tp tomato paste
  11. Some oil for cooking
  12. Some water for the stew

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the tomatoes, onions and green pepper into cubes, add oil into the cooking pan cook onion and garlic till slightly gold then add tomatoes and green pepper

    Add the other spices into the mixture including tomato paste

  3. 3

    Add the pre cooked beans into the cooking pan plus soy sauce and water, water level to cover the beans slightly, cover and let it cook in a low heat until the stew is lightly thick and voila!

    You can serve it with chapati as above or rice or any other starch that goes well with beans. Enjoy...
