Virgin Mocktail

With a splash of creativity and a dash of experimentation, I have become a self-certified mixologist, crafting delightful concoctions that dance on taste buds but also bring friends closer together. Each mocktail I’ve made between October 2023 to present is a toast to friendship and inclusivity, proving that the joy of sipping something refreshing knows no bounds. I say this because for the first time in my life, I now have Muslim friends and it does not feel off. Cheers to new flavors and even richer friendships!
I dare you to make this your valentine’s dinner welcome drink. You might just fall in love all over again with your partner, family, or friends #LoveAtFirstBite

Chrissy's Summer Vodka Mix! Chrissy's Summer Vodka Mix!
I'm a sucker for fruity mixed drinks in the summer. I usually hate vodka, but created a mix that changed all of that! the sweetness of the pineapple with the bitterness of cranberry really makes the vodka easy to drink, while the orange gives it a kick. chrissybeee -
Mike's, "Honeydew Ya Want A Fruity Slushy?" Mike's, "Honeydew Ya Want A Fruity Slushy?"
This weekend, we camped in a 102° desert. Anyway, I had a few fruits, veggies and ice to use up & several thirsty campers by the end of the week. This was the result. Some added alcohol & some went virgin. Either way, it was not only appreciated, but was even requested after we arrived home today. This really is a crisp, refreshing drink! MMOBRIEN -

Double Fruit Kanten Made with Orange Kanten Gelée Double Fruit Kanten Made with Orange Kanten Gelée
I made a kanten dessert to enjoy the citrusy sweetness of fresh orange juice. This is plenty delicious with just the natural sweetness of the juice, so I don't use sugar. (It separates a bit, but you can enjoy that as part of the sauce). You can quickly make this with canned fruit and honey soy milk, or you can make it really luxurious if you make it using only fresh fruit. For ~6 servings. Recipe by Mikki-an cookpad.japan -
Mango Orange Cheese Mousse Mango Orange Cheese Mousse
I tried making a mousse using oranges from Ehime prefecture and mango puree, and it was delicious. The amount of juice you can get out of an orange will vary depending on its size.If you don't have enough for the jelly, add 100% orange juice. (I used POM juice).Aadd the orange zest. It makes a total difference to the aroma and flavor. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -
Refreshing Cheesecake with Fresh Orange Slices Refreshing Cheesecake with Fresh Orange Slices
My daughter and I both love cheesecake. To celebrate the birth of "Yamato," I made a refreshing and summery cheesecake with oranges.Ensure that you will pour the orange jelly on top of the cheesecake filling after the latter has completely set. I've messed this up several times and I had to start again. The jelly can sink into the soft cheese if it hasn't set enough. Recipe by tink. (2 cakes, each 15 cm in diameter.) cookpad.japan -
Blue berry mojito spritzer - 2 versions Blue berry mojito spritzer - 2 versions
Summer and blueberries yum. Here are 2 different versions. One non alcohol I learned thru an online cooking class and one alcohol version I found on the internet. I gave instructs for the alcohol version first followed by non. I add more club sofa (not following the recipe) then I do ginger ales because I don’t like a lot of sugar sometimes and it is still great. I talk about both because while I always have carbonated water I do not always have ginger ale and it is super easy to grab mint from my tiny herb garden. Katatonickat -
Cool and Fresh Cool and Fresh
On a hot summer day me and my sister was thinking of whipping up a cold batch of margaritas. This was probably out of desperation since we were both evaporating from the heat. So I came up with this excellent concoction. I love how the mint leaves and the cucumber brings so much freshness to the drink and the pineapple gives that tangy sour note. The honey just gives it that slightly smoky and earthy sweetness. The smoothie just is like a sunny side beach resort in your mouth. So please try it and tell me what you think. Enjoy! chef.serolf -

Soft and Wobbly Orange Jelly Soft and Wobbly Orange Jelly
I received 100% orange juice as a gift, so I tried to make this recipe with it! !I love firm jelly, but I made a soft and wobby version this time. The juice should be at least 20℃ / 68°F when you start making this. Microwave it a little bit in the winter to warm it up.When you add the juice to the gelatin, hold the juice with your left hand, and stir it with a spoon in your right hand. Please try making this with other kinds of juice.Be sure to adjust the amount of sugar accordingly.
