Ingredients

10+3 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1 packred rice noodles + masala
  2. 1/3 cupchopped red onion
  3. 1/3 cuppar boiled fresh green peas
  4. 1/3 cupchopped french beans
  5. 1/2 cupchopped tomatoes
  6. 2 Tbspvegetable oil
  7. Salt as required

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the red rice noodles in enough water with salt and 1 Tsp vegetable oil for 10 minutes or till done. Wash with cold water. Keep aside after drainage to water.

    In a pan heat oil and cook all chopped veggies on high flame to keep them crunchy.

    Add noodles masala and mix nicely. Add boiled and drained noodles and mix well with the masala veggies.

    Red rice noodles with veggies are ready to serve. Njoy. Thanks
