Soft and Wobbly Orange Jelly

I received 100% orange juice as a gift, so I tried to make this recipe with it! !
I love firm jelly, but I made a soft and wobby version this time.
The juice should be at least 20℃ / 68°F when you start making this. Microwave it a little bit in the winter to warm it up.
When you add the juice to the gelatin, hold the juice with your left hand, and stir it with a spoon in your right hand.
Please try making this with other kinds of juice.
Be sure to adjust the amount of sugar accordingly. Recipe by rie-tin

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Have the orange juice at room temperature (over 20℃ / 68°F) Soak the gelatin in water in a heatproof bowl.
- 2
Microwave the gelatin from Step 1 for about 1 minute at 500 W, and dissolve completely Add the juice while mixing [↓Refer to the Helpful hints.]
- 3
Chill the mixture in the fridge for 1/2 ~ 1 day Once it's hardened, stir with a spoon until the texture is to your liking.
- 4
Serve it in a glass bowl I garnished mine with mint leaves If you make it a little loose, it'll be "Drinking jelly"
- 5
It's convenient to make it directly in a measuring cup. Tip; In Step 2, when you add the orange juice to the dissolved gelatin, pour up to the 400 ml mark to make it easier.
