Cooking Instructions

Mince the garlic and cut the bacon into 3/4-inch pieces.

Wash the spinach and cut the leaves into three large sections.

Melt the butter in a wok over medium heat, then sauté the bacon and garlic. Start by cooking the spinach stems.

Continue to sauté the middle part of the spinach over medium heat.

Turn the heat to high, add the wine, and give it your all.

Add the spinach leaves and quickly sauté.

Drizzle soy sauce around the edge of the pan, season with salt and pepper, and give it a quick toss to finish!
