1 kglean ground beef, (80% lean & 20% fat)
2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
2 teaspoonsonion powder
3 teaspoonsmustard powder
1/2 cupworcestershire sauce
2 1/2 cupsbread crumbs, could be substituted by Panko crumbs
2 tablespoonsground black pepper
2 tablespoonssalt
2 eggs
1 cupketchup

Combine all the ingredients together and split the mixtures into 6 equal portions, around 170 grams each.

Grill the burger patties for around 4 minutes until it is well cooked from both sides.
