  • 1 kglean ground beef, (80% lean & 20% fat)
  • 2 teaspoonsgarlic powder
  • 2 teaspoonsonion powder
  • 3 teaspoonsmustard powder
  • 1/2 cupworcestershire sauce
  • 2 1/2 cupsbread crumbs, could be substituted by Panko crumbs
  • 2 tablespoonsground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoonssalt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cupketchup

    Combine all the ingredients together and split the mixtures into 6 equal portions, around 170 grams each.

  2. 2

    Grill the burger patties for around 4 minutes until it is well cooked from both sides.
