Ingredients

15 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 1 bunchgreen Amaranth leaves
  2. 1 cupmoong daal Soaked
  3. 1 tbspoil
  4. 7-8garlic roughly chopped
  5. 1 tbspgarlic red chilli powder chutney
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspAsafoetida

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the leaves, washed it properly. In the cooker pan, add oil. Once oil is hot, add chopped garlic, Asafoetida and garlic - red chilli powder chutney. Saute for some time.

    Add moong daal, salt and bhaji. Add 1/2 cup of water. Close the lid and give three whistles.

    Once cooker is cool, open the lid, mix it well. Serve hot with Bajra roti and pickle. Enjoy your deshi khana.
