Another Sabzi from favourite. We do not get leafy vegetables regularly so whenever I am getting, so happy. And when you get dill leaves..I can't count my happiness.

Take oil in a pan. Add oil. Once the oil is hot add crushed garlic, asafoetida and turmeric.

Add moong daal, red chilli powder and salt. No need to add extra water.

Add dill leaves and cover the pan. Cook it on low flame for another 10 minutes. Mix it properly. Don't overcook it. It's ready to eat. Serve with Roti.
