Ingredients

3-4 servings
  1. 400 gDiced Cucumber
  2. 1/2-1 CupSugar Syrup
  3. Lemon Juice 1/4Cup
  4. Cold Water 375g

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Freeze Cucumber overnight

  2. 2

    Next bring it out,blend gradually or at once, depending on your jug,note that blender jug will always be 3/4 full at most

    Blend till smooth but make sure tiny greens are still seen,as these are the fibre

  4. 4

    Transfer to glass cups

  5. 5

    Stay healthy ❤️
