  1. Cucumber
  2. 2 tablespoonsLemon juice
  3. Carrots
  4. Pineapple
  5. Ginger
  6. 250 mlWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Collect and cut your ingredients to size then put in blender.

    Pulse the blender for 15-20 seconds. Check thickness. Serve and enjoy. If desired add chia seeds. 😋😋
