My premier post baked on a jiko. I used honey to glaze the moist date cake & sprinkled with sugar coated varyari seeds.

This was a challenge from bakers club. Thanks to Wanjiku Lucia the admin. It was worth trying. I altered the recipe a bit ( for the flour I used 1&1/2 cup instead of 1cup) #themechallenge
