Sift flour into a bowl, add salt, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and mix well until fully combined
- 2
Add in the margarine, oil, honey and vanilla into the dry mixture.combine by hand until the margarine mix in completely
- 3
Add water/milk slowly while kneading until right consistency. Knead dough for about 4 minutes.cover and set aside for 10 minutes
- 4
Roll your dough not too thin and not too thick and cut into desired shape
- 5
Put oil on low heat and add your cut pieces into oil before it's hot. Once they lift and start floating, flip to other side.when they start lightly changing colour, increase heat to medium high and fry till golden brown, remove and set aside
- 6
Set aside oil until it cools down before repeating step 5. Oil that isn't hot will make sure your half cakes cook well inside.
- 7
Serve with preferred beverage and enjoy

The Sample(Peach Cake Cobbler) The Sample(Peach Cake Cobbler)
