Cooking Instructions

Put the chicken in a cooking pan add two cups of water and a pinch of salt and stir then cover the pan for 20-30 minutes depending on the tenderness of the chicken.

Turn off the heat and drain the chicken stock and set aside for now. In a different pan plac the sliced onions and cooking oil and stir.

When onions turn golden brown add the tomatoes and stir and cover the pan for two minutes. uncover the pan add the chicken and stir for two minutes then add 1/2 a cup of the stock and 1 tbs of royco and stir. Add 1/2 according to your preference

Cover the pan for five minutes and let it simmer. then turn of the heat and garnish ith chopped dhania serve while hot.
