Ingredients

  1. 2medium zucchini
  2. 4 tablespoonrolled oats
  3. 1 cupSteamed spinach
  4. 3large eggs
  5. 4large garlic cloves
  6. 1 teaspooncurry powder
  7. 1 teaspoonsalt
  8. 0.5 teaspoonblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    After cleaning and washing the spinach, I always put it in a large pot without adding water, cover it and cook it half-way on low heat.
    Its volume decreases. Then I pack and freeze.

    Grate zucchini. Mix raw or steamed spinach and zucchini, rolled oats and grated garlic.
    Add spices and eggs.

    Then fry it in hot oil, like all other Kukus. While frying the first side, put the lid.
    We fry both sides.

    Then serve it with yogurt and salad,...
    I love Kefir with it.
