Ugali with Fried beef and steamed Cabbage
A very sweet and delicious meal.
Cooking Instructions

Put 1 cup of water in a pan and heat until it boils. Then add the maize gradually while turning.

Turn and add flour until it becomes thock but not so thick
- 3
Cover for around 10 minutes. And afterwards, tturn for three minutes then remove from heat.

Then cut the meat into pieces and then put to boil. Then add 1/2tsp of salt and, 3 tbsp of oil then stir until ot starts to brown.

Remove from heat and serve.

Then take another pan and put in the chopped cabbage. Add salt and a little water.

Steam for 5 minutes and serve.
