Add cooking oil in a cooking pot

Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown

Add ginger and garlic and cook for a while

Add pilau masala

And then close with a lead to allow masala to cook

Add the boiled beef

Add tomato paste then stir and add 2 cups of water then close to allow it to boil

When it starts to boil add the rice then close it and leave to cook. When almost reduce the heat and close it

Wait for the water to dry up and softer.
