In sause pan boil water add magarine

After boiling add maize flour and stir untill cooked

Chop beef into evenly shaped and put in a sauce pan

Add water and boil untill it reduces

Add onion and cooking oil and tomatoes and salt

Dilute 1 table spoon corn flour and add into boiling beef untill it thicken... taste for seasoning.

Then cover untill cooked

Wash and cut kales

Add chopped onions and cooking oil untill golden brown

Add kales, season, stir and cover for 5 minute and they are ready to serve

Serve them while hot.... veeeery yummy
