Cooking Instructions

Mix the dry ingredients well. Add 1 tbsp of oil to the flour mixture and mix with your bare hands. this should be until the flour mixture feels like sand.

Add water to form an elastic dough.

Divide the dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out 1 ball into circle and spread 1/2 tsp of oil over it.

Roll the circle up(fold the dough) into a a rope like shape. like a jelly roll. To this for the remaining doughs.

Then let the dough rest for 20 minutes or more.

Then roll out into circles around 11 inch in diameter.

Heat pan in medium heat and put oil in the pan. put the chapati in the pan and cook until golden brown in each side.

Then serve with soup.
