Ingredients

  1. 100 gmpoha
  2. 2onions
  3. 2potatoes
  4. 2tomatoes
  5. 2green chilli
  6. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. 6-8curry leaves
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspred chilli powder
  11. 1-2 tsplemon juice
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. as neededOil
  14. 2-4 tspmilk
  15. 2 tspchopped green coriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Poha ko wash kar stainer me daal kar extra water nikal le.

  2. 2

    Kadai me oil garam kar mustard seeds,curry leaves,green chilli or ginger-garlic paste daal saute karein.

  3. 3

    Ab isme chopped onion daal kar light brown karein,or chopped potatoes daal kar uske soft hone tak cover kar cook karein.

  4. 4

    Ab isme chopped tomatoes add karein or sbhi dry spices mix karein or oil chodne tak saute karein.

  5. 5

    Ab poha add karein ache se mix karein or milk daal kar ache se chalaye.

  6. 6

    5minutes tak low flame par cook karein or lemon juice add karein.

  7. 7

    Green coriander se garnish karein.

  8. 8

    Note-milk add krne se poha kafi time tak soft rhta hai.milk optional hai.
