  1. 2 (16 oz)Steaks
  2. 1 tbsOlive Oil
  3. Steakhouse Seasoning
  4. 3 1/2 tbspCourse Black Pepper
  5. 2 tbspKosher Salt
  6. 2 tbspFine Pink Salt
  7. 1 1/2 tbspOnion Powder
  8. 1 1/2 tbspGarlic Powder
  9. 1 1/2 tbspSeason Salt
  10. 1 1/2 tbspTurbinado Sugar
  11. 1 tbspAdobo Powder (w/pepper)
  12. 1 tbspSmoked Paprika
  13. 1/2 tbspMeat Tenderizer
  14. 1 1/4 tspCayenne
  15. Brown Butter Sauce
  16. 1 stickButter
  17. 6 cloveGarlic minced
  18. 3 tbspBrown Sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Coat steaks with olive oil then add steakhouse blend & let sit

  2. 2

    After the steaks have sat for about 15-30 minutes begin to cut the butter into slices & start melting in a pan with the minced garlic on low

  3. 3

    After the butter has been melted for 10-15 minutes start grilling the steaks & add the brown sugar to the butter as it continues to cook down on low

  4. 4

    Once there is a good sear on each side of the steaks paint the butter sauce on the steaks making sure to do both sides, doing this will add moisture, tenderness & caramelization to your steak
